Learn more: https://www.accenture.com/gb-en/about/accenture-songindex About the Role Join our Commercial Transformation Team within the Sales/Commerce Practice to help leading Consumer Goods & Services companies (e.g., Food, Beverage, Personal Care) transform their commercial operations. You’ll work across all capability levers—People, Process, Data, Technology, and Organisation—driving change in areas such as go-to-market, sales, and revenue management. What you’ll do: Assess current commercial capabilities and design transformation roadmaps. Shape and deliver recommendations for go-to-market, sales, and revenue management. Apply knowledge of platforms like SFDC, TPM, SFA & DMS solutions. Develop change, training, and communication content to bring transformation to life. Plan and facilitate workshops, support pitches, and manage stakeholder engagement. What we’re looking for: Experience in Consumer Goods & Services or consulting in this sector. Expertise in one or more areas: Key Account Management, Category & Shopper, Revenue Management (RGM/SRM), E-commerce, Sales Management. Strong understanding of commercial processes and technologies used in CG&S. Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling skills. Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and deliver strategic insights. Nice-to-have: Experience with SFDC, TPM, SFA & DMS platforms. Proven ability to lead change and training initiatives.
