In our team you will:

  • Play a crucial role in large-scale end-to-end international projects where Accenture’s team plays a key role in designing and delivering the solution to our client.
  • Drive industry innovation by delivering SAP S/4HANA solutions.
  • Be responsible for leading the testing efforts (unit, integration, performance and user) for SAP implementations and upgrades to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP solutions.
  • Plan, manage, and execute the cutover activities for SAP implementations to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to SAP solutions.
  • Define project management and governance processes for the SAP implementation while supporting the project management team on executing planning, financial, RAID, quality, resourcing and reporting processes.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • 5+ years experience in testing and quality assurance roles in SAP projects.
  • Hands-on experience with a broad range of Test Management and Test Automation tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager, Tosca Tricentis, LoadRunner.
  • Deep understanding of SAP, and the capability to handle non-SAP components when required.
  • Develop and manage detailed test plans, including timelines, resources, and dependencies ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Experience in leading testing efforts for SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across multiple functional areas.
  • Committed to continuous learning and development, with a passion for integrating new technologies and innovative methods to optimize Test Management.
  • Previous experience of working with Global teams with various stakeholders and multiple delivery partners.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to think analytically.
  • Have at least a relevant bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.

Set yourself apart:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules and their integration points.
  • S4/HANA experience is highly desirable.
  • SAP certification(s) is a plus.
