Responsibilities
- Support and deliver complex Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) implementations across leading platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta)
- Work directly with clients to understand challenges and deliver practical, high-impact identity solutions
- Build deep expertise in at least one leading IGA tool and contribute to multi-platform delivery environments
- Contribute to internal initiatives, helping shape and grow the IAM capability across the practice
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes in enterprise environments
Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Extensive experience in IAM / security architecture
- Proven delivery of IGA solutions in enterprise environments
- Hands‑on experience with tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta)
- Strong knowledge of access control, SSO, MFA, and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP)
- Experience with cloud identity platforms (Azure AD / Entra ID, AWS IAM)
Desirable Skills
- Certifications (CISSP, CISM, TOGAF) or advanced degree
- Experience with PAM solutions
- Exposure to regulations (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA)
