In our team you will:
- Play a crucial role in providing ongoing application maintenance and support services to our clients during the post-implementation phase.
- Manage client accounts and ensure the delivery of contractual commitments.
- Handle problem resolution, incident management, and process improvement in a production environment.
- Deliver exceptional service and continuous improvement for our clients.
Qualification:
- Excellent customer management skills, acting as the face of the Service Delivery capability to clients.
- Ultimately responsible for the delivery of SAP’s Services engagement at the account.
- Manage risks & compliance for the service across S/4 Finance.
- Proficient in contract management and performance management.
- Ability to manage overall accounts, including application maintenance, changes, and new business origination.
- Expertise in revenue management and maintaining Cost-to-Charge Ratio (CCI%) for engagements.
- Strong service delivery and AMS (Application Maintenance Services) skillset.
- Deep understanding of SAP and capability to handle non-SAP components when required.
- Familiarity with operations, including monitoring utilization levels of the team.
- Have at least a relevant bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.

- Proficiency in problem identification and resolution, incident and ticket management.
- Ability to manage transports and change requests effectively.
- Proactive in identifying process and technology improvement areas.
- S4/HANA experience is highly desirable.
