As a Salesforce Consumer Goods Delivery Lead you will:
- Delivery Leadership & Governance: Take end‑to‑end accountability for the successful delivery of Salesforce programs and projects for Consumer Goods clients. Lead complex, multi‑stream delivery initiatives across functional, technical and integration workstreams. Establish and manage delivery governance, including planning, risk and issue management, quality assurance, and program reporting. Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to Accenture quality standards.
- Consumer Goods Industry Expertise: Apply strong understanding of Consumer Goods business processes, including: Salesforce effectiveness and sales execution, Trade promotion management and customer planning, Distributor and wholesaler engagement, Retail execution and field sales. Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary delivery interface for client stakeholders. Build trusted relationships with client leadership and manage expectations proactively. Lead delivery‑related discussions in steering committees and executive forums.
- Salesforce Platform & Ecosystem: Lead delivery across Salesforce platforms such as Consumer Goods industry Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Sales & Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, OMS, Data Cloud and AgentForce. Coordinate integration with enterprise systems (e.g. ERP, TPM, analytics platforms). Work closely with Salesforce, ISV partners and Accenture global delivery teams.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach and develop cross‑functional delivery teams, including onshore and offshore resources. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Support people development activities including performance management and mentoring.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce programs in a Delivery Lead or Program Manager role.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce core platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud), including Consumer Goods Cloud with exposure to Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud and TPM.
- An AI & Innovation Mindset – solid understanding of how AI can enhance design thinking, delivery, and transformation; active engagement with Salesforce and ecosystem partners.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and build trusted relationships across all business levels.
- Strong knowledge of Consumer Goods industry processes and challenges.
- Experience working in complex, integrated enterprise environments, working in a consulting or system integration environment.
- Experience on Agile methodology, use of related Agile, Automation and DevOps tools.
- Ability to lead distributed teams and operate effectively in a global delivery model.
- Strong understanding of how to apply Salesforce innovations (including Agentforce) and AI for increasing productivity of the delivery team.
- Experience in defining strategies for global Salesforce implementations and migrations, including coordination across regions and stakeholder groups.
- Leadership skills and a passion for mentoring, innovation, and delivering client impact.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
