Job Description

Identity and Access Management Consultant

Location: England/ hybrid

Careel Level: Specialist

Please Note: Any offer of employment is subject to satisfactory BPSS and SC security clearance which requires 5 years continuous UK address history (typically including no periods of 30 consecutive days or more spent outside of the UK) at the point of application.

As an IAM Consultant, you will…

  • Support and deliver complex Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) implementations across leading platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta)
  • Work directly with clients to understand challenges and deliver practical, high-impact identity solutions
  • Build deep expertise in at least one leading IGA tool and contribute to multi-platform delivery environments
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, helping shape and grow the IAM capability across the practice
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes in enterprise environments

Qualification

Essential Skills

  • Extensive experience in IAM / security architecture
  • Proven delivery of IGA solutions in enterprise environments
  • Hands‑on experience with tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta)
  • Strong knowledge of access control, SSO, MFA, and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP)
  • Experience with cloud identity platforms (Azure AD / Entra ID, AWS IAM)

Desirable Skills

  • Certifications (CISSP, CISM, TOGAF) or advanced degree
  • Experience with PAM solutions
  • Exposure to regulations (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA)
