Position: Senior Consultant: B2B Customer Growth Strategy

What you’ll do

  • Help clients identify growth opportunities, revenue‑at‑risk and customer value pools across strategic customers and accounts
  • Conduct customer, market and commercial analysis to identify growth opportunities, buying‑group challenges and barriers to revenue growth
  • Develop customer growth strategies that improve acquisition, retention, expansion and share‑of‑wallet growth
  • Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder interviews to align leadership teams around growth priorities and investment decisions
  • Design and implement customer growth operating models that align marketing, sales, service and partner teams around shared growth objectives
  • Support strategic account growth, client development and revenue acceleration initiatives for priority customers
  • Analyse programme and commercial performance, providing insights and recommendations that improve customer growth outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on growth, customer and commercial challenges
  • Support business development activities and contribute to the creation of new Customer Growth offerings, methodologies and thought leadership
  • Work collaboratively across Accenture Song, Strategy, Sales and Industry teams to deliver integrated growth solutions

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in strategy consulting, growth strategy, customer strategy, commercial transformation or business consulting
  • Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills with the ability to turn insight into action
  • Experience developing growth strategies, business cases, transformation roadmaps or operating model recommendations
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and facilitate discussions around growth, customer and commercial priorities
  • Understanding of B2B buying behaviour, customer growth, strategic account management or commercial effectiveness
  • Experience conducting customer, market, competitive or commercial analysis
  • Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills
  • Ability to work across sales, marketing, service and commercial functions
  • Demonstrable sector experience in Financial Services, Technology, Professional Services or Industrial sectors
  • Experience in a consulting, strategy, transformation or advisory environment preferred
