Role Summary: Manager level within the Commerce Advisory practice in London, responsible for leading major transformations across global brands by shaping agentic commerce strategies, designing and prototyping AI agents and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help clients shape agentic strategies and translate complex AI capabilities into practical solutions for stakeholders.
  • Directly lead client projects or critical workstreams, ensuring client satisfaction and successful delivery outcomes.
  • Design, prototype and launch new agentic workflows and agents integrated within client enterprise technology stacks.
  • Test and refine applied patterns such as retrieval-augmented copilots, multi-agent orchestration, and workflow automation.
  • Define and guide Accenture best practices across prompt design, orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI guardrails.
  • Mentor and upskill cross-functional teams spanning strategy, design, product, and engineering in applying agentic AI effectively.
  • Contribute to internal accelerators and reusable frameworks that strengthen Applied Agentic AI capability across Accenture Song.

Core Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or a cross‑functional role working directly with AI or agentic systems in industry.
  • Informed understanding of the digital commerce value‑chain, critical technologies and market‑shaping platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience with GenAI tools and/or agentic platforms, with ability to engage credibly across strategic and technical conversations.
  • Working understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, agent orchestration, evaluation approaches, and responsible AI principles.
  • Experience building and launching AI PoCs, pilots or scaled solutions within enterprise environments.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, simplifying complex AI concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Solid grasp of enterprise constraints including security, governance, integration, privacy and scalability.

Preferred Experience:

  • Applied experience within digital experience, commerce, retail, or CPG environments with demonstrated accomplishments.
  • Hands‑on experience with commerce technology platforms – CMS, PIM, DAM, Search, commerce platforms, merchandising platforms or marketplace platforms.
  • Hands‑on experience building with one or more agent‑building platforms – hyperscaler workbenches such as Azure Foundry, Google Vertex AI/Agent Dev Kit, Amazon Bedrock; suite integrated platforms such as Salesforce Agentforce, SAP AI Core, Microsoft Copilot Studio; or OpenAI‑based tooling.
  • Familiarity with interoperability protocols such as MCP, ACP or A2A.
  • Contributions to AI thought leadership through articles, presentations, or white papers in public domains.
