We're looking for a Talent Connector to play a key role in matching exceptional internal talent with exciting client projects.
As a Talent Connector, you'll work closely with project leaders and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, identify the best‑fit talent and ensure projects are staffed with the right people at the right time.
This is a fast‑paced, collaborative role where you'll have a direct impact on both business success and employee career growth.
What you'll do
- Partner with project executives to understand staffing requirements and build high‑performing project teams.
- Use innovative AI‑powered talent management tools to identify and match internal candidates to open project opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders, providing guidance on staffing needs, fulfilment risks and workforce planning.
- Proactively communicate staffing challenges and work collaboratively to develop effective solutions.
- Partner with HR and cross‑functional teams to support complex staffing requirements.
- Use data and reporting to monitor staffing performance, maintain accurate assignment information and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Represent business priorities while delivering an exceptional stakeholder experience.
About you
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated professional experience in a similar role or environment.
- Experience in consulting, HR, Talent Acquisition or another people‑focused environment (preferred).
- Experience working within a large, fast‑paced organisation.
- Strong Excel skills and experience using HR systems such as Workday, SAP Success Factors or Oracle HCM Cloud.
- SC Clearance eligible.
You'll also be a strong relationship builder who communicates confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
You're customer‑focused, analytical and naturally collaborative, with excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
You thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy working as part of a team and are motivated by delivering great outcomes for both the business and its people.
