About the Role

You will join Accenture’s Salesforce Business Group and lead the design, implementation, and delivery of Salesforce solutions in the Software & Platforms / High‑Tech industry sector. Your focus will be on the use of Salesforce core offerings such as Agentforce Sales, Revenue Management, Service, and Data360 to transform clients’ customer and employee experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Articulate the solution to senior stakeholders and demonstrate effective objective handling.
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions using core product offerings such as Agentforce Sales, Agentforce Revenue Management, Agentforce Service and Data360.
  • Lead client stakeholders to gather process requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop leadership and consulting skills while delivering Salesforce at scale, creating measurable client value.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Keep informed about the latest Salesforce features and updates through engagement with Salesforce.
  • Gain additional skills in solutioning, project management and client engagement through practical experience and training.
  • Embed AI into thinking when building industry solutions.
  • Operate comfortably as a solution architect in a pre‑sales environment, including solution shaping and delivery estimation and planning.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce core offerings including Agentforce Sales, Revenue Management, Service, and Data360.
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance, thought leadership and best practice to drive tangible outcomes.
  • Hands‑on experience leading technical engagements through architecting, designing, building, and delivering integrated solutions on Salesforce.
  • Experience addressing key architecture concerns (scalability, performance, security, availability, etc.) in the context of Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation, interpersonal and management skills.
  • A background in consulting or leading teams is required.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, or other accredited professional certifications).

Additional Qualifications (Set Yourself Apart)

  • Software & Platforms/High-Tech‑specific knowledge and experience leveraging leading Salesforce and ecosystem industry solutions.
  • Understanding and articulation of how Agentforce and AI are affecting the industry and a record of using AI to deliver value.
  • Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect or equivalent industry architect certifications.
  • Active participation and contributions in the Salesforce community.
