About the Team: Accenture Software & Platform Engineering is a 1,000‑person team that delivers end‑to‑end product engineering solutions. The team focuses on technical excellence and agility, helping clients move from project to product quickly.
Responsibilities: In our team you will work hand‑in‑hand with clients to build high‑value digital products. Your role will involve:
- Leading client accounts, managing people, delivery, quality and commercial aspects.
- Deploying your own mastery to get things done hands‑on while also guiding others.
- Keeping the big picture in mind to help clients achieve their goals more quickly through consultancy partnership.
- Advocating a value‑centric approach, proposing thoughtful solutions that are efficient and low in complexity.
- Contributing to internal and regional engineering communities, shaping tech conversations, and sharing knowledge.
Qualifications: Hands‑on delivery experience across the SDLC (build, test, deploy) and day‑to‑day collaboration. Comfortable in client‑facing roles, building trusted relationships and delivering on clear expectations. Full‑stack engineering experience (React, Node.js, Python, Java) across the full development lifecycle. Hands‑on cloud experience, designing and delivering solutions on AWS and/or Azure. Proven AI skillset with certification and/or real delivery experience. Experience contributing to architectural and technical design decisions for scalable, robust solutions. Open collaboration style, adaptability, and a strong drive to learn and deliver the best outcomes for clients.
Benefits: In addition to a competitive base salary, the package includes 30 days’ vacation per year, private medical insurance, and 3 extra days leave per year for charitable work of your choice.
Flexibility & Mobility: Flexibility and mobility are required, with requirements to spend time onsite with clients and partners to deliver first‑class services.
