We are seeking a results-driven SAP consultant with experience working with Industry Specific clients (Consumer Goods & Services, Industrial & Automotive, Retail, Life Sciences and Aerospace & Defence) to join our SAP system integration business. To ensure success as an SAP consultant, you should possess extensive knowledge of one of the industries, supply chain and sales business processes, IT system integration and the ability to accurately design and document SAP processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive our clients to achieve their strategic goals in the area of SAP Aerospace and Defence.
  • Deliver International/Global Projects within an agile environment.
  • Explore and design automotive sales and manufacturing and logistics solutions powered by SAP technology.
  • Carry out Client Facing activities such as Pre-Sales/Origination, Discovery Workshops.
  • Conduct SAP assessment and roadmap definition.
  • Determine business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.
  • Carry out E2E solution Architecture and Lifecycle (including non-functional requirements and operations) management.
  • Execute E2E Solution Design principles - Prototyping, Usability testing and data visualization literacy.
  • Develop and configure customized SAP solutions.
  • Deploy SAP solutions and ensure smooth system integration.
  • Perform thorough documentation of SAP processes and present progress reports.
  • Keep abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments.
Necessary Knowledge / Skills:
  • Significant experience in large SAP driven transformation projects within the Aerospace & Defence industry.
  • Deep business & industry experience within Aerospace & Defence.
  • SAP experience in 1 or more of TM/LE, PP/QM, (E)WM, Ariba, MM, PM, EPPM, iMRO.
  • Possess a strong Functional knowledge of S/4 HANA transformations and a proven track record in an SAP Consultant position.
  • Current industry knowledge.
  • Knowledge of sales and supply chain business processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills and client facing experience.
  • SAP-accredited or certified experience.
  • Proficiency in English, and knowledge of other European languages would be an asset.
