- Oversee commercial strategy including procurement, cost management, and contract administration.
- Provide strategic oversight of commissioning, Integrated Systems Testing (IST), and operational readiness to meet demanding performance and uptime requirements.
- Provide visible leadership during critical project phases, including on site engagement as required.
- Provide leadership in challenging design and delivery approaches to drive value, efficiency, and innovation.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations, building a culture of accountability, trust, and delivery excellence.
- Drive innovation, sustainability, and the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance programme outcomes and client value.
- Support and lead strategic pursuits, proposals, and business development activities to grow client relationships and market presence.

- Experience overseeing commissioning processes, including Level 1 to Level 5 commissioning and IST.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in procurement, cost management, and contract strategy.
- Experience with major contract forms such as NEC, JCT, and FIDIC.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including executive client teams.
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline, MRICS or equivalent preferred.
