Responsibilities
- You will work as part of project teams, utilising agile and/or waterfall principles, successfully collaborating with stakeholders across specialisms.
- Get hands-on with leading-edge technology solutions.
- Continue a career based on Non-Functional disciplines, delivering industry-leading solutions across all domains of Non-Functional Testing.
- Identify issues and risks, escalating and providing mitigating actions.
- Lead preparation, execution or review of Non-Functional Testing.
- Demonstrate experience in result analysis and presentation of easy-to-read reports.
- Skilled in Performance Tooling such as JMeter, Neo Load, Rational Perf Tester, K6 or Workload Scheduler.
- Conversant in Analytics Tooling such as Splunk, Google Analytics, Grafana or Kibana.
- Possessing experience working in AWS-hosted infrastructure (asset).

- Deep technology inquisitiveness – focusing on key details whilst appreciating their fit and impact to the end-to-end architecture.
- A passion to deliver critical client systems to an extremely high level of resiliency and operability.
- Thorough understanding of architectural components across complex, multi-tiered architectures.
- Ability to conduct deep technical analysis – determining which indicators are key to solution success or failure.
- Clear thought process for investigating technical issues and steering investigations across wide stakeholder groups.
- Proven leadership in implementation of Non-Functional Test Strategies and Test Plans.
- Ability to work in changing and challenging environments, adapting to short-notice priorities.
- Defect Management lifecycle experience, including tooling such as JIRA, Bugzilla or HP ALM.
