As a Workday Delivery Lead / Project Management role:

  • You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Workday HCM projects implementation making use of your excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Act as business advisor being able to diagnose how Workday can add value and how implementation can achieve Return on Investment
  • Coordinate, facilitate and host workshops to get to a common design in line with the future HR vision.
  • Manage, coach and act as linking pin for the functional consultants (from both onshore as offshore locations)
