We are looking for a designer with an AI-first mindset - someone who is curious about emerging tools, technologies, and ways of working, and who actively explores how AI can enhance creativity, accelerate workflows, and unlock new creative possibilities while maintaining a high standard of craft and originality. This role is responsible for contributing to the development and delivery of high-quality creative work across a range of projects and clients. The Midweight Designer will play an active role in concept development, design execution, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring creative excellence and consistency across all outputs.
Essential Functions- Develop creative design solutions across a variety of media, including brand identity, campaigns, social, digital, presentation, and motion-led outputs.
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, account management, and production teams to bring ideas to life.
- Contribute to creative development from concept through to final execution.
- Translate strategic and creative direction into thoughtful, visually compelling design systems and assets.
- Maintain high standards of craft, attention to detail, and consistency across all deliverables.
- Present and articulate design thinking clearly and confidently to internal teams.
