As a Technology Delivery Associate Manager you will:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations and embedded Copilot AI capabilities across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain modules, owning programme governance, delivery quality, and client outcomes from discovery through to hyper care.
- Own solution architecture and integration design across D365 modules, ensuring seamless connectivity with Power Platform, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Fabric within complex client ecosystems.
- Drive intelligent automation and AI-assisted workflow design within D365 environments, leveraging embedded Copilot capabilities to streamline CRM and ERP processes.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships across client business, IT, and programme leadership, acting as a trusted delivery partner.
- Lead and manage large, cross-functional delivery teams including functional consultants, solution architects, integration engineers, and change specialists.
- Establish and embed robust programme governance frameworks tailored to the demands of regulated industries such as Financial Services.
- Define and govern integration patterns between D365 and adjacent Microsoft and third-party platforms.
- Shape and lead data migration, cutover, and go-live strategies for D365 programmes.
- Collaborate with sales and solutioning teams to define pursuit strategies and support commercial negotiations for D365 and Microsoft AI transformation engagements.
- Contribute to Accenture's D365 and AI community of practice, developing reusable delivery assets and sharing programme insights.
We are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Significant demonstrable experience in Dynamics 365 implementation and Microsoft AI delivery.
- Deep functional knowledge of CRM and ERP business processes.
- Strong understanding of D365 solution architecture including data modelling and integration services.
- Experience managing large-scale transformation programmes in regulated industries.
- Proven experience leading and managing large, cross-functional delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of AI adoption patterns and intelligent automation principles.
- Experience with programme governance frameworks covering delivery reporting and quality assurance.
- Microsoft certifications related to dynamics, Copilot, Power Platform are an added advantage.
