What you will do

Qualifications

  • 8‑10 years’ relevant experience in corporate and growth strategy development, including prior management consulting experience.
  • Deep functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas: portfolio strategies to identify growth opportunities across markets, customers and products; customer proposition or new business model development that can unlock identified growth opportunities; market / opportunity sizing and investment case development; corporate strategy big bets like digital commerce, subscription models, direct to consumer or membership propositions; driving value and growth‑focused transformations in an organisation.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategy is a plus.
  • Interest and experience in latest innovations and their application to corporate strategy (e.g. Generative AI) is a plus.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Team leadership and client management experience.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral; ability to present with confidence, empathy and deliver difficult messages; fluency in English.
  • Comfortable with working on difficult issues where there can be no definitive “right” answer. Demonstrate the ability to provide the client with what they need, not just what they ask for.
  • An interest in technology and data and knowledge of innovation and how to apply it to creatively shape new corporate and growth solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus but not essential.
