Location & Required Travel: London (must be willing to travel to client sites throughout the UK on an ad hoc basis).

Responsibilities: This role often involves leading client accounts holistically—people, delivery, quality, and commercials. In addition, you will keep the big picture in mind and help clients best use the flexibility of a consultancy partner to reach their goals sooner. You will be a key advocate for thoughtful, low‑complexity engineering solutions within the team, and a contributor to internal and regional engineering communities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience, typically managing teams of 5–10 people, with a strong focus on developing and supporting others.
  • Highly comfortable in client‑facing roles, building trusted relationships with stakeholders and delivering against clear expectations.
  • Solid full‑stack engineering experience, working across the full development lifecycle.
  • Core technology experience includes React, Node.js, Python, and Java.
  • Hands‑on cloud experience, designing and delivering solutions on AWS and/or Azure.
  • AI experience is essential: proven AI skillset demonstrated through certification and/or real delivery experience.
  • Contributed to architectural and technical design decisions, helping shape scalable and robust solutions.
  • Enjoys collaborating in an open, egoless way and is adaptable, comfortable with change, and motivated to keep learning to deliver the best outcomes for clients.

Mobility & Travel: Flexibility and mobility are required to deliver this role as there will be requirements to spend time onsite with our clients and partners.
