You’ll be part of a shared pool of designers supporting our wide range of clients.

What we’d like to see from you:

  • Any experience working in an agency will be welcome (max. 2 years).
  • A varied portfolio showcasing your design capabilities and technical thought process, this can be on actual client work or personal projects. We'd like to see how you handle brands across different media such as social, digital and print.

  • Knowledge of Figma, mostly to work on CRM programmes.

What will make you a success in the role:

  • You have great attention to detail.
  • You’re great at communicating your designs with the team.
  • You know how to work efficiently, and file hygiene is key to you.
  • Good time management is needed. You should have the ability to deliver work within the timeframe required.
  • You’re able to take direction, but you can also bring your own flair to go wild and take scamps to the next level.
  • A proven ‘can-do’ attitude with calmness under pressure will be needed.
  • You have a good sense of humour and a positive outlook towards change.
  • You have an inclusive, modern view on local culture and the wider world.

New frontiers:

Our fast-moving, constantly evolving industry means we’re always looking to add new and diverse skills to the team. A flair for animation or an interest in 3D is a real advantage, and hands-on creative skills—such as lettering, paper craft, or photography—are equally welcome. So bring your passions along with your CV!

What you'll do day to day (but not all in one day):

  • Resizing, adapting or updating existing projects for different formats and platforms.
  • Supporting senior designers and art directors with concept development e.g. pitch work, integrated campaigns, etc.
  • Creating layout options, initial designs and visual mock-ups.
  • Assisting with image sourcing, editing and basic retouching.
