Your Role
- Every start-up team brings together a range of experiences and skillsets from multiple backgrounds. As a Designer, you are here to bring together strategic design thinking and excellent execution to every project, from early-stage idea generation to detailed digital design.
- Work in partnership with the team to develop new ideas that deliver against key strategic objectives.
- Map existing customer journeys to identify key pain points and areas of opportunity.
- Plan, conduct and synthesise customer and category design research.
- Lead client conversations within your design specialism, bringing them into the creative process and providing articulate recommendations.
- Use design to create clarity and enhance the story, presentation or proposition – bringing creativity into every part of the process, from creative writing to pitch videos.
- Mock-up wireframes and user flows to create interactive prototypes to bring the concept to life for customers and clients.
- Design top-end and functional UI, including components ready for development and launch.
- Mentor and coach interns through their day-to-day project work and overall growth journey.
