  • You'll originate and close work yourself — identifying where clients need help on their capital programmes, leading the pursuit end to end, and signing multi-year advisory and programme management engagements rather than waiting for opportunities to be passed to you.

  • You'll grow a market, not just an account: within 12 months you'll have a named client portfolio, a repeatable proposition and a team in place, establishing (region/market) as a scaled part of our global data centre business.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience on large-scale capital projects in the data centre or mission-critical sector, across advisory, cost and commercial management, project or programme management.
