Location: Glasgow/Edinburgh (must be willing to travel to client sites throughout the UK on an ad hoc basis)

Security Clearance: Any offer of employment is subject to satisfactory SC security clearance which requires 5 years continuous UK address history, typically including no periods of 30 consecutive days or more spent outside of the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Work hand‑in‑hand with clients to build great digital products.
  • Lead client accounts holistically—people, delivery, quality, and commercials.
  • Ensure great engineering while keeping the big picture in mind.
  • Help clients best use the capability of a consultancy partner to reach their goals sooner.
  • Contribute to internal and regional engineering communities, helping to shape conversations around technology, share knowledge, and learn from colleagues.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proficient experience in React or Java with several years of hands‑on experience (expertise in both is not required).
  • Hands‑on cloud experience designing and delivering solutions on AWS and/or Azure.
  • Enjoys collaborative, egoless working style, adaptability, comfort with change, and motivation to learn to deliver best outcomes for clients.

Desired Skills:

  • Proven ability to apply analytical and creative thought and translate into technical solutions.
  • Proven ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Experience building datastore solutions on at least one No‑SQL (Elasticsearch).
