Join our Service Supply Chain (SSC) team and help world‑class organisations unlock new levels of performance, resilience, and customer experience. Within our Service Supply Chain offering, we combine proprietary technology with client systems to design, execute, and deliver Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) and Managed Service solutions across the full service lifecycle – Plan, Deliver, and Recover. As a Deal Shaping Architect, you’ll play a key role in transforming client requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions. Working at the intersection of sales, solutioning, and delivery, you’ll help shape innovative approaches that create value for both clients and our business. What you’ll do

  • Partner closely with Sales and Client Account Leads (CALs) to shape sustainable and scalable solutions for client opportunities.
  • Work alongside clients and internal teams throughout the sales cycle to develop practical, outcome‑focused solutions.
  • Support sales pursuits by building competitive and deliverable solution strategies.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, pricing teams, domain experts, ecosystem partners, and delivery teams to develop integrated solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to apply Service Supply Chain capabilities to client transformation programmes and business challenges.
  • Contribute to pricing, risk assessment, and business case development to ensure commercially viable outcomes.
  • Present solution recommendations and value propositions to both internal and client stakeholders.

  • Acting as a key contributor within pursuit teams to shape fit‑for‑purpose solutions and business cases.
  • Creating integrated solutions that combine the right mix of capabilities, assets, and offerings to deliver client outcomes.

  • Translating client priorities into clear and effective solution approaches.
  • Building strong relationships across sales, delivery, and specialist teams.
  • Communicating solution concepts confidently and facilitating alignment across stakeholders.
  • Developing value‑driven, client‑centric solutions that respond to market trends and evolving business needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive experience supporting solution development across complex or multi‑service opportunities.
  • Strong client‑facing experience, including involvement throughout the sales process.
  • Experience contributing to deal shaping activities and supporting sales pursuits.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience across one or more of the following areas:
    • Solutioning and consulting
    • Digital and interactive technologies
    • Systems integration
    • Data and analytics
    • Outsourcing and business process services
