Responsibilities

  • Lead workstreams and client engagements to solve complex business challenges across the Life, Pensions & Investments sector.
  • Develop industry solutions, propositions and points of view that help clients address strategic, operational and technology‑led change.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through growing industry expertise and market insight.
  • Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams across Accenture to deliver high‑quality outcomes and measurable client value.
  • Support the identification, shaping and development of new client opportunities and account growth.
  • Coach and mentor junior practitioners, contributing to capability growth and a strong team culture.

Required Skills

  • Experience delivering business and technology change within the Life, Pensions & Investments sector, gained through industry or consulting roles.
  • Proven ability to lead workstreams, manage deliverables and drive successful client outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of one or more LP&I domains, including pensions, investments, wealth, protection, life insurance or annuities.
  • Experience analysing complex business problems and developing practical, client‑focused solutions.
  • Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and communicate confidently across business and technology audiences.
  • Strong presentation, problem‑solving and structured‑thinking skills, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
  • Understanding of how digital, data and technology capabilities can be applied to transform client outcomes.
