Responsibilities
- Lead workstreams and client engagements to solve our clients’ challenges, and support discussions on insurance industry solutions and offerings.
- Develop propositions and distinctive points of view to build credibility with client stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through growing industry expertise and market insight.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across Accenture to deliver high-quality outcomes and measurable value for our clients.
- Coach and mentor junior individuals in our Insurance practice, bringing your own personal story to help diversify and expand our talent pool.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of building and sustaining lasting relationships with senior insurance clients.
- Proven ability to lead workstreams, manage deliverables and drive successful outcomes.
- Experience analyzing complex business problems and developing practical, client-focused solutions.
- Market experience and deep knowledge across one or more of the following areas: Insurance Claims, Insurance Underwriting, Insurance Broking, London Markets, SME, Personal Lines, Reinsurance, Actuarial, Insurtech.
- Excellent presentation, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate in complex, rapidly changing environments.
- An appreciation of how technology can contribute to solving clients’ complex business problems, being comfortable operating at the intersection of business and technology across insurance value chains.
- Ability to be at ease with ambiguity and identify opportunities through innovative thinking.
