- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio — building agents, configuring generative answer capabilities, and creating automated workflows.
- Awareness of Dataverse's evolving AI capabilities — including Dataverse for Agents, AI-powered business logic, and Dataverse MCP Server.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles and governance within the Power Platform ecosystem.
Desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (particularly Field Service or Customer Service) and its integration with Power Platform.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, ALM, and source control processes.
- Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g. PL‑400, PL‑200) are highly desirable.
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration and agentic workflow patterns within Copilot Studio.
