Role as a Learning Lead
You will be part of a team delivering more than just technology, providing cloud-based HR solutions that accelerate organizational transformation.
Responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on industry standards and best practices in HCM and Learning, developing functional solutions that meet their needs.
- Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
- Hosting workshops and leading discussions in your expertise areas.
- Leading workstreams and reporting progress.
- Collaborating with clients, colleagues, and Workday to develop solutions.
- Supporting innovation in learning experiences within Workday.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience and certifications in Workday modules such as HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, or Absence.
- Deep understanding of Workday modules interdependencies.
- Strong consulting skills and stakeholder management.
- Ability to travel as needed and manage teams and client interactions efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- HR background with Workday platform experience.
- Up-to-date Workday certifications.
- Knowledge of other Learning solutions like Cornerstone or Degreed.
- Experience integrating Learning with Skills.
- 3-4 years of professional Workday experience.
