Workday HCM/Finance Consultants

We are looking for a Workday HCM and/or Finance Functional Consultant to join our fast‑growing team.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices, contributing to a functional solution that meets client needs and objectives
• Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you do
• Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise
• Independently leading your own workstream and reporting on progress
• Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues and Workday to achieve a robust solution
• Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry‑leading methods and assets

Qualifications

• Prior experience implementing Workday HCM / Financials or relevant on‑premise or cloud‑based platforms
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Fluency in English
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed, and efficiently manage virtual team and client interactions
• Thrives in a diverse, dynamic environment
• Think analytically and effectively apply logic to solve problems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines despite conflicting demands
• Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
• Strong desire to work with clients and provide exceptional client experiences

Bonus skills

• Fluency in one of the Nordic languages
• Workday HCM or Financials functional / consulting experience, preferably but not restricted to the areas of Core & Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, or Finance / Adaptive Planning
• Up to date Workday HCM / Financials certification is an advantage (or the ability to attain after joining)
