You will work with Accenture's Workday Business Group, a leading partner in implementing Workday solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in all Workday Accounting Center implementation lifecycle phases, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Support at least one implementation project as functional Accounting Center Lead.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, translate them into Workday configurations, and provide expert advice on best practices.
- Configure Workday modules to meet business requirements related to financial accounting processes.
- Identify strategies, risks, and options and recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, IT, and project management, to ensure seamless integration of financial accounting processes with other modules and systems.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
Qualifications
- Workday Certification in Accounting Center.
- Additional Workday Certifications are considered an advantage.
- Strong finance transformation track record.
- Experience from several full-cycle Workday implementations.
- Strong understanding of Financial Accounting processes and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems).
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a virtual team and client interactions.
- Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment.
- Think analytically and effectively apply logic to solve problems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines despite conflicting demands.
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements.
