As a Workday Core HCM Consultant, you'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the core HCM domain, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objectives, applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
- Host workshops and lead discussions on topics in line with your area of expertise, covering all elements of Workday Core HCM.
- Collaborate and lead diverse teams through implementation, liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations.
- Actively support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience implementing Workday HCM or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms.
- Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage teams and client interactions.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, thriving in a diverse, dynamic environment, meeting deadlines despite conflicting demands.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to clearly articulate complex messages and requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM workstream.
- Experience with Workday's Data Migration tools and Security framework.
- Up-to-date Workday HCM certification.
- Other Workday certifications, e.g., Compensation, Security, Recruiting, Talent & Performance.
- 2-5 years professional Workday experience.
- Fluency in German.
