As a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Consultant, you'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.
In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:
- Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices in the Absence and Time Tracking modules, contributing to a functional solution that meets client needs and objectives
- Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you do
- Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your expertise in Absence Management and Time Tracking
- Independently leading your workstream and reporting workstream(s) progress
- Liaising closely with client counterparts, external vendors, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to achieve a robust solution
- Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Prior experience implementing Workday HCM / Absence/ Time or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms such as UKG, ADP Enterprise eTime, Infor, Cronos
- Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
- Excellent stakeholder management, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and client requirements are met
- Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Set yourself apart:
- Strong HR background and experience working with the time tracking module of the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday agenda
- Experience in other Workday modules in addition to Workday Time Tracking and Absence
- Up to date Workday Absence and Time Tracking certifications
