We are looking for a designer with an AI-first mindset — someone who is curious about emerging tools, technologies, and ways of working, and who actively explores how AI can enhance creativity, accelerate workflows, and unlock new creative possibilities while maintaining a high standard of craft and originality. This role is responsible for contributing to the development and delivery of high-quality creative work across a range of projects and clients. The Midweight Designer will play an active role in concept development, design execution, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring creative excellence and consistency across all outputs.
Essential Functions- Develop creative design solutions across a variety of media, including brand identity, campaigns, social, digital, presentation, and motion-led outputs
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, account management, and production teams to bring ideas to life
- Contribute to creative development from concept through to final execution
- Translate strategic and creative direction into thoughtful, visually compelling design systems and assets
- Maintain high standards of craft, attention to detail, and consistency across all deliverables
- Present and articulate design thinking clearly and confidently to internal teams
- Explore and integrate AI-powered tools and workflows into the creative process where appropriate
- Stay informed on emerging technologies, design trends, culture, and evolving creative practices
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Support and contribute to a positive, collaborative creative culture
- Work proactively and flexibly to solve creative and production challenges
- Relevant experience within a creative, branding, or integrated agency environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high-quality craft across multiple channels
- Excellent typography, layout, and visual communication skills
- Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite; Figma and motion experience beneficial
- Interest in AI-enabled creative workflows and emerging technologies
- Strong understanding of brand systems and campaign development
