We have exciting opportunities for a Technical Business Analyst to join our Data & AI practice, as part of the Complex Delivery and Data Consultancy capability. We ensure AI and Data initiatives drive real business outcomes through disciplined, scalable, and intelligent delivery leadership.

In our team you will learn

• How to deliver technical projects by developing your project and AGILE delivery practises
• How to tailor clear communications for different audiences, facilitate effective workshops and present confidently to senior stakeholders
• How to manage delivery activities end-to-end; including dependencies, risks and scope items
• How Data, AI and technology foundations can deliver value for clients, and develop your AI delivery skills

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will

• Map business processes, build robust business cases and shape solutions that align to client needs
• Lead stakeholder analysis and process-mapping activities, translating client needs into clear requirements
• Plan and facilitate workshops, create persuasive narratives and adapt communication for delivery teams, clients and senior stakeholders
• Support product and project delivery utilising AGILE processes and practises
• Collaborate with data and technology specialists by interpreting data models, integration diagrams and platform documentation, and by applying relevant industry context to solve client challenges
• Work with AI assets and accelerators to reinvent client processes, progressing those initiatives with support from Accenture specialists

We are looking for experience in the following skills

• Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering
• Stakeholder Management
• Project and Product Delivery
• Data & Enterprise Architecture experience in an Industry context
• Data Platform Experience with tools such as Databricks, AWS, GCP

Set yourself apart

• AI Development or Delivery Experience
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) (BABOK® v3)
• Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®)
