Are you passionate about building relationships, solving problems and helping people find the right opportunities? We're looking for a

Talent Connector to play a key role in matching exceptional internal talent with exciting client projects.

As a Talent Connector, you'll work closely with project leaders and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, identify the best-fit talent and ensure projects are staffed with the right people at the right time.

This is a fast-paced, collaborative role where you'll have a direct impact on both business success and employee career growth.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with project executives to understand staffing requirements and build high-performing project teams.
  • Use innovative AI-powered talent management tools to identify and match internal candidates to open project opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with business leaders, providing guidance on staffing needs, fulfilment risks and workforce planning.
  • Proactively communicate staffing challenges and work collaboratively to develop effective solutions.
  • Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to support complex staffing requirements.
  • Use data and reporting to monitor staffing performance, maintain accurate assignment information and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Represent business priorities while delivering an exceptional stakeholder experience.

About You

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated professional experience in a similar role or environment.
  • Experience in consulting, HR, Talent Acquisition or another people-focused environment (preferred).
  • Experience working within a large, fast-paced organisation.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience using HR systems such as Workday, SAP Success Factors or Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • SC Clearance eligible.

You'll also be a strong relationship builder who communicates confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.

You're customer-focused, analytical and naturally collaborative, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

You thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy working as part of a team and are motivated by delivering great outcomes for both the business and its people.
