The Corporate Strategy & Growth team leads strategic initiatives that drive digital and business model transformation for clients across a range of industries. The Senior Manager will collaborate with leaders to shape long‑term value creation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Gain exposure to the most strategic challenges and opportunities that occupy the minds of corporate and industry leaders.
  • Drive short‑term growth and rapid revenue generation through analytical methods such as “find and prove the value.”
  • Develop modern corporate strategies to guide decisions on customers, geographies, routes to market and products.
  • Generate sustained value through next‑generation growth, commercial and pricing strategies that drive corporate success.
  • Anticipate the impact of digital and technology innovation—e.g., generative AI—on business models and harness them to create new growth routes.
  • Lead and manage multi‑disciplinary project teams to deliver tailored strategic solutions to clients.
  • Leverage deep corporate and growth strategy experience and market trends to shape client strategies, ensuring long‑term business success.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives during pivotal decision‑making.
  • Collaborate and partner across Accenture to promote knowledge sharing, support end‑to‑end client delivery, and create new business opportunities.
  • Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities, contributing to sales efforts, and actively building a robust sales pipeline.
  • Ensure the delivery of high‑quality, data‑driven recommendations that exceed client expectations and produce measurable results.
  • Manage commercial aspects of projects—including scoping, pricing, contracting new opportunities, and extensions—and deliver accurate commercials.
  • Co‑achieve team success by mentoring and cultivating team members’ performance aligned to project and professional goals.

Qualifications

  • 8‑10 years of relevant experience in corporate and growth strategy development, including prior management consulting experience.
  • Deep functional knowledge in portfolio strategies, New Business Model development, customer propositions, market/opportunity sizing, investment case development, and corporate strategy bets such as digital commerce, subscription models, and direct‑to‑consumer or membership propositions.
  • Proven ability to drive value and growth‑focused transformations within organisations.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategy is a plus.
  • Interest and experience in recent innovations (e.g., generative AI) and their application to corporate strategy.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Team leadership and client management experience.
  • Effective communication skills—both written and oral; ability to present confidently, empathise and deliver difficult messages; fluency in English.
  • Comfortable handling complex, ambiguous issues and providing solutions that meet client needs.
  • Interest in technology and data with the ability to creatively apply innovation to shape new corporate and growth solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus but not essential.
