This is what you can expect:

  • Support transformations and optimize business processes. We advise executives across all industries – from international tech/software companies scaling their operations, to globally operating Oil & Gas players undergoing digital transformation, to consumer goods companies and successful niche players with an ambitious growth agenda.
  • Define strategic recommendations for our clients. As a team, we are highly ambitious and analytical, always putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.
  • Gain insights into various business areas. This way, you will quickly accumulate comprehensive project experience and experience with data‑driven analysis, in both different business areas and industries, and can steer your career in the direction you desire.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree from a leading university (additional qualification in the form of an MBA or PhD is an advantage).
  • 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in strategy consulting or in a strategic function of a renowned industrial company, including (partial) project and technical team leadership.
  • Solid business management expertise, ideally with a focus on one or more of the following areas – depending on experience level, with increasing responsibility for analysis, conception and implementation: Growth strategies & business model reinvention, go‑to‑market strategies, product and service strategies, pricing & profitability, marketing & sales performance, data for growth & AI strategies.
  • Interest in technology and digitalization topics and their integration into the business strategy.
  • Clear communication in spoken and written form in fluent English.
  • The flexibility and mobility required in everyday consulting work.
