As a Delivery Lead, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital products and experiences across web, app and service platforms – from strategy through launch to optimization.
- Act as a Product Owner or Product Manager, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business goals, customer needs and delivery outcomes are tightly aligned.
- Drive agile delivery, at scale, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet user and business needs on time and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with clients to define product vision, prioritize backlogs and establish delivery roadmaps grounded in measurable impact.
- Partner with Experience Design, Performance, Analytics and Engineering teams to run continuous CRO and experimentation programs that optimize performance and engagement.
- Support sales and pre-sales activities, shaping new opportunities, crafting proposals, and defining delivery models for Song’s clients.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, guiding them through digital transformation and product evolution.
- Foster knowledge sharing and best practice in agile delivery, experimentation, and product management across the Song network.
- Help clients translate AI ambition into executable delivery plans, ensuring use cases are prioritised, scalable and aligned to governance, risk and value realization expectations.

What we're looking for:
- Proven experience leading digital delivery or product management engagements within an agency, consultancy, or in-house environment.
- Deep understanding of product ownership, agile methodologies, and cross-functional team delivery.
- Experience in web or mobile app delivery, ideally spanning UX/UI design, engineering, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, especially in complex multi-partner environments.
- Demonstrated ability to connect creative and technical disciplines to deliver seamless, user-centered outcomes.
- Solid commercial awareness, understanding of KPIs and product and engineering performance metrics.
- Passion for digital design, user experience and technology innovation.
- Passion for AI-enabled innovation, intelligent customer experiences and emerging technology.
