Purpose

Contribute to the design of better services - applying human-centred research methods, synthesising insight, and creating artefacts that help organisations understand their users and improve the experiences they deliver.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in service design, UX research, or a related field.
  • Experience conducting qualitative research and synthesising findings.
  • Exposure to service design artefacts including journey maps, blueprints, and personas.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, Social Science, or a related field.
