Responsibilities
- Advising clients on their data transformation strategies driving value creation through the positioning of SAP‑enabled solutions as well as leading solutions from SAP partners and Accenture.
- Leading the data migration stream of an S/4HANA transformation, working with colleagues in delivery centres to execute on their data transformation strategies.
- Work with a wide range of clients across many industries on their transformational journeys, ranging from smaller single‑function, in‑country projects to S/4HANA‑enabled global business transformations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated evidence of leading the development of data migration strategies, advising clients on overall approach and options as well as the stand‑up of associated data migration operating model and tooling.
- Overall leadership of at least two S/4HANA data migration lifecycles.
- At least 7 years of functional data management skills, across full E2E SAP implementation lifecycles from data strategy definition through to cut‑over.
- Proven ability of advising & supporting clients with data quality challenges, working with the client to define corrective actions and deliver data quality monitoring solutions.
- Understanding of Data Management and Migration strategies and methodologies.
- Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with SAP data tooling (i.e. SAP Data Services, SAP SDI, SAP Migration Cockpit, Information Steward).
Additional Skills
- Broader S/4HANA functional experience ensuring stronger alignment of data migration design with other functional solution elements.
- Broader understanding of migration approach for non‑SAP solutions typically complementing S/4HANA in a client’s systems landscape.
- Experience in data lifecycle management and definition of Information Lifecycle Management strategies.
- Experience with the Syniti ADMM or SNP tools and/or other vendor data migration toolsets.
