- Life Sciences Expertise: Deep understanding of the life sciences industry, including its key processes, challenges, and regulatory landscape.
- Consulting & Advisory Skills: Ability to lead client conversations, shape strategic thinking, and deliver business outcome‑focused solutions.
- Discovery & Design Leadership: Experience planning and facilitating discovery, design, and transformation workshops to define business needs and solution approaches.
- Business Value Assessment: Skilled at identifying, quantifying, and communicating business value and making structured, evidence‑based recommendations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and build trusted relationships across all business levels.
- Salesforce & Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce Life Sciences CRM, Veeva Vault, Health Cloud, IQVIA, and Data Cloud integration (including Agentforce use cases).
