Responsibilities:
- Own and manage client accounts where associates are deployed
- Undertake regular service reviews and production of dashboards to the client
- Manage and support deployed associates, assuring a high-quality delivery to the Client
- Develop Programme Delivery strategy, proposition and service offerings through:
- Innovating and supporting the delivery of strategic objectives
- Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the APEX delivery methodology and artefacts
- Contributing to marketing activity generating thought leadership and propositional collateral
- Identifying business development opportunities through existing accounts, consulting engagements and own network
- Shaping proposals and bids based upon Altus’s Programme Delivery Services and Consulting industry models / toolkit
- Producing thought leadership and appearing in the press
