Your Role
As a Product Designer within our Design & Digital Products team, your strategic thinking and creative application will excite and empower. You will collaborate alongside Strategists, Content Designers, Service Designers and Developers to inform change for good – building new ways of seeing and experiencing the world through compelling digital solutions.
Experience and Skills
- 5–7 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years of digital product design experience, participating in all aspects of design (planning, research, concept creation, UX design, and UI design).
- Strong experience in design system creation, maintenance and management.
- A clear understanding of AI and its ability to help inform more impactful work.
- Strong understanding of accessibility guidelines and experience designing to industry‑recognised standards.
- High proficiency in design tools including Figma and Adobe CC.
- Great appreciation for brand, typography, colour and layout.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude and growth mindset to think around problems, navigate ambiguity and challenge clients to think differently.
- World‑class execution with an eye for detail and a passion to constantly strive to improve and take the work to the next level.
- Ability to take ownership of the end‑to‑end design of the experience.
- Deliver UI design that is an elegant extension of the brand, building new experiences that hook and nudge users naturally.
- Create detailed visual and interaction designs based on business, technical and design considerations, collaborating with client teams.
- Collaborate with designers, developers and researchers on mixed‑methods work to bring integrated value.
- Present and justify design decisions through appropriate methods to gain feedback and iterate.
- Support new business development efforts by providing expert information in pitch efforts and client meetings.
Things to Note
- Some clients require background checks; you will need to complete a Baseline Personal Security Standard (BPSS).
- Comfortable with hybrid working; every project is different, but we love our team to work collaboratively in studio and client offices.
