They provide end‑to‑end delivery, coaching, and management of both the client and internal teams, ensuring high‑quality outcomes. Team leaders work with Senior Associates, Associates, and Business Analysts, maintaining complete control over the engagement process. Applicants should have consulting experience within a Tier‑1 strategy firm, outstanding analytical skills, and a proven ability to solve complex commercial problems and deliver tangible results.

Responsibilities
  • Lead engagements across a broad range of clients and industries in the European region.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end delivery in collaboration with a team of Senior Associates, Associates, and Business Analysts.
  • Coach, influence, and manage the client and internal team, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Manage expectations and deadlines while maintaining professional development of team members.
Qualifications
  • Outstanding academic results.
  • University degree or equivalent experience with a strong emphasis on quantitative skills (e.g., Engineering, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, or Science). Candidates from a broad range of degrees are considered, but quantitative skills are highly valued.
  • MBA is an advantage.
  • Double degrees and postgraduate degrees are highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated passion for results, with a track record of achieving tough targets under pressure.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills, including the ability to structure and prioritise effort and ask the right questions to identify root causes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, influence, build trust with senior managers, and manage a team while prioritising professional development.
  • Propensity to coach and guide junior consultants, working through the chain to achieve outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to construct compelling arguments supported by evidence.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, multitask, and manage expectations and deadlines.
