As an Oracle Cloud Senior Manager, you will:

  • Architect, design and deliver Oracle HCM cloud solutions for a range of industry organisations.
  • Be independently accountable for delivery of solutions and Oracle HCM cloud transformation programs.
  • Develop credibility and relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate as a key member of the delivery and sales team to represent the solution offering to the client buyer and other internal Accenture groups.
  • Understand and clearly define the input required to create cost estimates.
  • Prepare the cost model estimates to deliver the defined scope of services.
  • Mentor and coach more junior members of the team.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Experience of implementing multiple modules across Oracle HCM Cloud, and must include Core HR, Position Management.
  • Previous experience of working in a consultancy environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior clients and colleagues.
  • Be comfortable solutioning technical aspects of HCM, including Data and Integrations.

  • Confidence in presenting challenging points of view to client audiences.
  • Workstream team lead experience - leading, mentoring and developing our people.
  • Exposure in one of the following areas: Business Intelligence, analytics and/or robotics process automation.
