Role Overview:

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, SME, you will help clients transform their marketing capabilities by implementing and optimizing leading automation platforms. You will design, integrate, and execute automation-driven marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, personalization, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Marketing Automation Strategy:
    • Assess clients\' current marketing automation capabilities and define strategic roadmaps.
    • Recommend platform selection and best practices for implementation.
  2. Platform Implementation & Optimization:
    • Configure, integrate, and optimize platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Braze.
    • Ensure seamless data flow between CRM, CDP, and analytics platforms.
  3. Campaign Execution & Personalization:
    • Design automated customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and trigger-based workflows.
    • Utilize A/B testing, dynamic content, and multi-channel orchestration to improve campaigns.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work with marketing teams, data analysts, and engineers to align business goals with technical solutions.
  5. Measurement & Optimization:
    • Define and monitor KPIs, conversion metrics, and ROI.
    • Provide insights for continuous improvement.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  1. Hands-on experience with platforms like Adobe Marketo Engage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Braze.
  2. Strong understanding of lead nurturing, scoring models, campaign automation, and personalization.
  3. Experience with CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and CDPs.
  4. Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actions.
  5. Problem-solving skills and experience working in Agile or hybrid environments.
