You will help transform organisations and communities worldwide by leading front‑end engineering initiatives. You will support product engineering practice, advise clients, lead large digital programmes and promote generative AI.
Key Responsibilities- Support growth within our customer technology product engineering practice
- Advise clients on how to build product and platform engineering capabilities and teams
- Build strong client relationships focused on customer, digital and platforms
- Lead work across large digital & agile transformation programmes
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists and Engineers to deliver compelling user‑facing products and solutions
- Propel the use of Generative AI within our work and products
- Provide input to technology & engineering thought leadership to our clients and teams
- Elevate team performance through mentorship, skills learning and career development
- Contribute to developing offerings, assets, capabilities, and attend events
- 4+ years of front‑end engineering experience
- 2+ years of leading teams/squads or managing significant independent work
- Proven experience delivering interfaces on web and/or mobile using modern technologies (React, React Native, Angular, Vue, iOS, Android)
- Demonstrated ability to build high‑quality, performant, and accessible interfaces
- Experience elevating engineering practices within a team
- Experience using generative AI technologies within workflows and/or products
- Experience collaborating with back‑end, design, QA, cloud, PM/PO, and delivery disciplines
- Awareness of systems architecture, platform & SRE engineering, quality engineering, CI/CD
- Experience in agile environments for digital product creation
- Comfortable articulating trends in technology and engineering practices
- Experience with more than one front‑end framework
- Back‑end/cloud experience
- Examples of elevating others or being a force multiplier
- Ability to interpret requirements and translate them into work for others
- Track record of engaging with senior leadership as a trusted advisor
