In this role, you will: Advise clients on improving financial crime prevention and detection using policy, process, technology, and data & analytics. Work with the latest technologies to solve economic crime problems. Solve complex business problems and present solutions to stakeholders. Work flexibly across different client circumstances and adapt to evolving threats. Engage with global clients, with opportunities to travel. Contribute industry insights through point of view documents and support sales proposals. Share your expertise on financial crime with internal and external stakeholders. We seek candidates with experience in: Financial crime departments (AML, KYC, screening) within banking or payments organizations. Understanding of AML regulations and guidance. Experience with anti-financial crime technologies such as Actimize, Quantexa, Fenergo, Symphony AI. Analytics experience in informing policy or action against financial crime. Project delivery experience, including agile methodologies. Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel. Ability to communicate complex problems to senior stakeholders. Teamwork under tight deadlines and commercial awareness. Preferred additional skills include: Writing points of view or presenting on economic crime trends. Experience with AML, KYC, sanctions projects using Agile. Using data & analytics to combat financial crime. Knowledge of payment industry trends and their impact on financial crime.
