We are looking for a Workday HCM and/or Finance Functional Consultant to join our fast‑growing team.
Responsibilities
- Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices, contributing to a functional solution that meets client needs and objectives
- Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you do
- Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise
- Independently leading your own workstream and reporting on progress
- Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues and Workday to achieve a robust solution
- Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry‑leading methods and assets
Qualifications
- Prior experience implementing Workday HCM / Financials or relevant on‑premise or cloud‑based platforms
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English
- Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed, and efficiently manage virtual team and client interactions
- Thrives in a diverse, dynamic environment
- Think analytically and effectively apply logic to solve problems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines despite conflicting demands
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
- Strong desire to work with clients and provide exceptional client experiences
Bonus skills
- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages
- Workday HCM or Financials functional / consulting experience, preferably but not restricted to the areas of Core & Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, or Finance / Adaptive Planning
- Up to date Workday HCM / Financials certification is an advantage (or the ability to attain after joining)
