Role Overview
As a Workday Advanced Compensation and Benefits Consultant you will be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology.
From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you will provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in both HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits domains, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objectives and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
- Host workshops and lead discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering both HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits functionalities.
- Independently lead your workstream and report on progress.
- Lead diverse and disparate teams and guide them through implementation, liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations.
- Actively support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.
Qualifications
- Prior experience implementing Workday HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms.
- Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions.
- Thrives in a diverse, dynamic environment, meets deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Set Yourself Apart
- Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM and (Advanced) Compensation and Benefits workstreams.
- Experience with Workday’s Data Migration tools and Security framework.
- Up to date Workday certifications, especially Benefits.
- Fluency in another language.
